These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Coinseed app — a personal-finance app for Android, currently in private internal testing — provided by Rishikesh Prince, operating as Focusfuse ("we", "us"). By downloading, accessing or using Coinseed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Licence to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use Coinseed for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store or channel you obtained it from.
2. Your account
Creating an account is optional. If you create one:
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding agreement and to use the app under your local laws.
- Notify us promptly at support@focusfuse.co.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or as described on our account deletion page.
3. Acceptable use
When using Coinseed, you agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, overload or gain unauthorized access to the app or its servers;
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
- Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the app without our written permission.
4. Your content
The financial data you enter — transactions, accounts, budgets, cards, loans, bills, investments, categories and settings — is yours. By using the sync features, you grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to provide the app's features to you (such as backup and cross-device sync). We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for advertising. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
5. Not financial advice
Coinseed is a personal money-management and tracking tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to make any financial decision. Balances, budgets, investment figures and charts are based only on the data you enter and are for your personal reference. Always use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
6. Pre-release / testing
Coinseed is currently offered as a pre-release build for internal testing. This means:
- Features may change, break or be removed, and the app may contain bugs.
- Data loss is possible during testing — please don't rely on Coinseed as your only record of important financial information, and keep your own backups.
- Access to the test may be limited, paused or ended at any time.
7. Intellectual property
The Coinseed and Focusfuse names, logos, designs, and the app's software and content (excluding your own data) are owned by Rishikesh Prince / Focusfuse and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
8. Third-party services
Coinseed relies on third-party services — including Google (Sign-In and Google Play) and Supabase (authentication, database and hosting). Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Coinseed is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be available or preserved. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focusfuse and Rishikesh Prince will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.
11. Termination
You may stop using Coinseed and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
12. Changes to the app and Terms
We may update, change or discontinue features of the app, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Coinseed after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction there, unless your local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
